We designed a contract review copilot to support legal teams working across German, English, and Italian documents. The system reads incoming contracts, identifies key clauses, highlights potential risks, and organises findings before a senior reviewer opens the file.
Instead of replacing legal judgment, the copilot acts as a first-pass review layer. It helps the team move faster by surfacing important terms, unusual wording, missing clauses, and review priorities early in the process.
Outcome
A slower manual review process was supported with a multilingual AI copilot that prepares contract risks and key clauses before partner-level review. The team processed eleven times more contracts in the same period without compromising review quality or removing human judgment from the process.
