Most businesses know they should be doing more with AI but haven't identified exactly where it creates real value — or how to get from idea to a working system without months of false starts. We start with an honest assessment, then hand you a roadmap your organisation can execute, with or without us.

What you get

We spend time with your team — operations, sales, finance, IT — understanding how the business actually runs, then run feasibility assessments and define the metrics that will tell you whether an initiative worked. The output is a written report covering:

  • The 3–5 highest-ROI automation opportunities, ranked by impact and implementation complexity
  • An honest assessment of your data and systems readiness for each opportunity
  • A build-or-buy recommendation for every opportunity on the list
  • A sequenced implementation roadmap with indicative timelines, investment ranges and success metrics
  • A clear statement of what AI won't fix in your current setup

From audit to roadmap to sprint

Engagements typically run in three stages. First, structured discovery — interviews across the business and a current-state assessment of your operations, data and tooling. Second, the roadmap — a written, prioritised plan with ownership and investment ranges, presented to leadership and pressure-tested before anything is built. Third, where it makes sense, a fixed-price implementation sprint (4, 8 or 12 weeks) that delivers the highest-priority opportunity into production with a written technical specification, full build, testing and handover.

The full audit fee is credited toward your first project if you proceed within 90 days.

Who it's for

Operations directors, COOs and founders at mid-market companies (20–200 employees) and growing SMEs evaluating a significant AI investment, who want clarity on cost, risk and sequencing before committing budget. Many clients move directly from the audit into an implementation sprint.
