The customer-facing agent, Layla, works as an AI shopping concierge. Customers ask questions in natural language, discover products, receive personalised recommendations, place orders, and get real-time updates — all without leaving WhatsApp.

Behind the scenes, the ChatFlow Admin Panel gives the business full control. Products, categories, stock levels, pricing, and the complete order lifecycle — managed from one dashboard. The system includes a product catalog manager, live order management, status tracking, and a WhatsApp integration panel.
