Inbox triage agent for a legal firm.
An email agent classifies, routes and prepares draft holding replies for a fifteen-lawyer firm while keeping every reply under human review.
What we built
We built an inbox agent for a fifteen-lawyer firm whose shared mailbox was slowing down first responses to clients. The agent reads each incoming email, classifies it by matter and urgency, routes it to the right lawyer, and prepares a draft holding reply.
Nothing is sent automatically. Every draft waits for a lawyer to approve, edit or discard it, so the firm keeps control of client communication while the sorting and first drafts are already done.
How the workflow runs
Each step runs automatically, and a person stays in control wherever judgment is needed.
- 01Email classification by matter and urgency
- 02Routing to the responsible lawyer
- 03Draft holding replies in the firm’s tone
- 04Lawyer approval before anything is sent
- 05Priority alerts for urgent matters
Time to first reply dropped by 51%. Clients hear back sooner, lawyers start their day with a sorted inbox and ready drafts, and every outgoing message is still reviewed by a person.

We map it end-to-end in a 2–4 hour audit and show you what it’s worth in hours saved, before you commit to a build.
